And Jesus said to them,
“And the gospel must first be proclaimed to all nations."
Mark 13:10 (ESV)
About
Proclamation Presbyterian Church
PPC is a new church forming in the Ybor City area of Tampa Bay, Florida, committed to sharing only the truths found in the Bible, the word of God, as understood through Reform Theology, and to worship through the historic liturgical musical heritage of the church.
PPC is in the very early stages of assembling a core group of believers who will soon meet together to prayerfully study the word of God and seek His guidance and direction to establish a church to proclaim the gospel. Join Us!
Living Life In Truth
We all look for truth but are surrounded by a world of lies from society, institutions and even many churches.
Through the bible, God speaks truth to us.
No matter where you are in your own search, you are invited to worship through reading the word of God, and through Prayer and Song.

What We Believe
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth;
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead;
He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic (universal) church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. Amen. (Apostle's Creed)
What is Reform Theology?
Reformed theology teaches that the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, sufficient in all matters of faith and practice.
It is based on the historic Westminster Confession and affirms that salvation is based on five pillars: by faith alone, by Scripture alone, through Christ alone, by grace alone, glory to God alone.

What is Liturgical Worship Music?
Word, Spirit and Song
Throughout the history of the Church, music has been an integral part of Christian worship. Since the Protestant Reformation of the sixteenth century, the singing of hymns, psalms, and a number of portions of the service, both Ordinary and Proper, have actively engaged worshipers through song, together proclaiming the truths of God's word.
Today, the majority of churches worship through "contemporary" music. The vision for Proclamation Presbyterian Church is one in which the Ministry of Music will pay an important roll in the worship life of the congregation.
In liturgical worship, congregational singing, choirs and instruments such as organ, piano and others have established the musical heritage of the church over the centuries. Music in the church must never be performance but an act of worship, an offering, for both the musicians and the congregation.
There are a number of reform theology churches with worship music similar to the vision of PPC. You may enjoy visiting their web sites:
